Lenin, Rasputin had it, and Kim Jong-un also has it. God help the one who mimics the leader´s symbol. But there are also individuals like Einstein, Karl Marx, Frank Zappa, and Salvador Dali. What the man in the cartoon discovers is that the same symbol might belong to an idiot or a genius; he just hasn´t made up his mind yet. Probably the outcome of his career will determine which one it is.
